Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • No felony, theft, or stealing convictions
  • Must successfully pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
  • Must pass background investigation
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license
  • High energy and motivated personality
  • Knowledge of dining and food maintenance operations
  • Commitment to follow internal controls consistently
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English
  • Must be able to follow instructions
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Recent experience in food service and point of sale cash handling preferred
  • Knowledge of Arizona liquor laws and enforcement
  • Ability to obtain Food Handlers card
  • Ability to obtain TIPS certification
  • Strong communication skills in basic English
  • Demonstrated outstanding guest service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide knowledgeable food and beverage service
  • Anticipate guests' needs and deliver consistent professional guest service
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of work and dining areas
  • Train new team members and assist the Food and Beverage Supervisor as needed
  • Comply with Title 4 Arizona liquor laws and TOGE internal controls
  • Monitor guests for intoxication and follow proper procedures
  • Communicate effectively with team members and ensure seamless guest service
