Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No felony, theft, or stealing convictions
- Must successfully pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
- Must pass background investigation
- Ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license
- High energy and motivated personality
- Knowledge of dining and food maintenance operations
- Commitment to follow internal controls consistently
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Must be able to follow instructions
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work evenings, holidays, and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Recent experience in food service and point of sale cash handling preferred
- Knowledge of Arizona liquor laws and enforcement
- Ability to obtain Food Handlers card
- Ability to obtain TIPS certification
- Strong communication skills in basic English
- Demonstrated outstanding guest service skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide knowledgeable food and beverage service
- Anticipate guests' needs and deliver consistent professional guest service
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of work and dining areas
- Train new team members and assist the Food and Beverage Supervisor as needed
- Comply with Title 4 Arizona liquor laws and TOGE internal controls
- Monitor guests for intoxication and follow proper procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and ensure seamless guest service
