Job Requirements
- minimum tenth grade education
- food handlers permit or ability to obtain immediately after hire
- availability to work full-time 12 pm to 8 pm shift
- prior skilled nursing foodservice experience preferred but not required
- ability to follow instructions and maintain hygiene standards
- good interpersonal skills
- ability to lift and carry items as needed

Job Duties
- assist residents with meal service ensuring dietary needs are met
- record food and equipment temperatures to ensure safety
- clean and sanitize kitchen and dietary equipment
- support the dietary team in food preparation and delivery
- ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the dietary area
- provide friendly and responsive service to residents
