- ability to read, speak and write in English
- flexible and available to work beyond regularly scheduled hours, as well as weekends and holidays as needed
- must have or be willing to obtain CBRF/RCAC certifications as needed

Job Duties
- assist kitchen supervisor and cook in preparing meals
- serve meals to residents in a timely and courteous manner
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation in food preparation areas
- ensure food storage and serving areas are orderly
- adhere to health and safety regulations during food handling
- work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- support team efforts to enhance resident dining experience
