Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or catering preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50+ lbs
- Able to work in cold environments and maintain safety standards
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities and schedules
- Capability to follow detailed instructions and maintain organization during fast-paced operations

- Ability to work in cold environment of approximately 35-40 degrees
- Must be able to stand, bend, lift and move intermittently during shift of 8+ hours

- Ability to use knives and kitchen equipment
- Good organizational skills and adaptable to frequent changes
- Must be able to work in a high stress environment with changing priorities
- Must be able to follow and understand customer specifications and paperwork in English
Job Duties
- Prepare meals according to airline specifications by cutting, chopping, wrapping, and assembling dishes and meals
- Set up food carts for airlines with all required food items
- Maintain compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Operate kitchen equipment and use knives safely
- Follow customer specifications and understand paperwork in English
- Work effectively in a cold environment of approximately 35-40 degrees
- Stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours
