Job Requirements
- Must be able to speak English plus at least two additional languages conversationally or at business level
- minimum 3 years experience in a luxury environment as a Destinations Manager
- prior fulfillment of equivalent role on medium-sized or larger ships
- strong knowledge of countries, ports, and tours worldwide
- excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- adept at complaint handling
- experience managing special requests and achieving results
- ability to lead and manage the Destinations Team
- outstanding customer service and relational skills
- ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive work environment
- proficient administrative and computer skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, Fidelio, MXP, and NVS
- excellent communication skills
- proven leadership skills with practice in leading by example
- outgoing, open minded, flexible personality
- ability to work in an international setting
- excellent appearance
Job Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and at least two additional languages (French, German, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese) to conversational or business level
- minimum of 3 years experience as Destinations Manager in a luxury environment
- proven understanding of highest service standards
- experience in a similar position on a medium or larger sized ship
- comprehensive knowledge of worldwide countries, ports, and tours
- excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- experience in complaint handling and managing special requests
- strong leadership abilities with practice leading by example
- excellent communication and administrative skills including computer literacy in Word, Excel, Fidelio, MXP, and NVS
- ability to work in an international environment
- outgoing, open minded, flexible personality with ability to host and socialize at the required level
- excellent personal appearance
Job Duties
- Provide the highest level of service related to tour sales and bookings
- manage private shore activities and disembarkation arrangements
- implement and maintain guidelines and procedures set out by Regent Seven Seas Cruises
- ensure effective communication of information through all departments to enhance guest experience
- provide concierge service and handle special guest requests and needs
- ensure the Destinations team delivers service standards consistent with company expectations
- follow up on guest issues addressed to the Destinations Desk
