Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience managing a team
- Ability to lead shifts and departments
- Knowledge of safety and production procedures
- Capability to train and motivate crew
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
- Oversee training, food safety, and inventory management
- Set departmental goals and delegate tasks to team members
- Monitor food quality and cost control
- Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experiences
- Organize service areas like Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru for efficiency
