Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results
- Oversee Guest Service department ensuring excellent customer experience and effective sales promotions
- Organize front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas
- Ensure kitchen delivers quality food, maintains food safety, controls food cost, and trains kitchen staff
- Hire, train, schedule crew and motivate employees to meet sales and profit goals
