Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • experience in managing teams preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • previous managerial experience preferred ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment

Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
  • manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
  • oversee systems including Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • set departmental goals and delegate tasks
  • provide coaching and leadership to team members
  • ensure service areas like Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru are well organized
  • manage food quality, safety, and cost control
