Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
- manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
- oversee systems including Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- set departmental goals and delegate tasks
- provide coaching and leadership to team members
- ensure service areas like Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru are well organized
- manage food quality, safety, and cost control
