Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- flexible schedule
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong leadership and communication skills
- willingness to pursue education and training opportunities
- prior management experience preferred but not required
- availability to lead shifts weekly

Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
- oversee systems including Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results
- ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experiences
- supervise sales promotions and training in service procedures
- organize Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
