Job Description

This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald’s restaurant franchise, separate from McDonald’s USA. While the franchisee operates using McDonald’s logos and food products under a licensed agreement, employment and operational decisions at the restaurant are handled exclusively by the franchisee. McDonald’s USA does not manage hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, or scheduling, and thus does not review employment applications or interviews for this position. This independent franchisee is looking to fill a managerial role with an individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • follow up and report results to teams and other managers
  • oversee guest service, including training service staff and organizing customer service areas
  • ensure kitchen delivers quality, safe, and cost-controlled food
  • manage hiring, training, and scheduling of crew
  • motivate and recognize employees throughout their time at the restaurant
