Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of management experience in quick service restaurant
  • Open availability to work any day and shift
  • Ability to commit to approximately 48 hours per week
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Ability to manage and develop teams
  • Effective communication skills

  • 1-3 years of quick service restaurant management experience
  • Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant operations with General Manager including all store areas
  • Direct work of managers and crew
  • Assist General Manager to meet performance expectations
  • Coach and role model guest service behaviors
  • Provide environment for employee development and teamwork
  • Manage People, Kitchen, or Guest Services Department responsibilities
  • Ensure food safety procedures are followed
  • Coordinate maintenance and cleanliness with General Manager
  • Appraise team performance for promotions or changes
  • Perform other duties as assigned
