Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of management experience in quick service restaurant
- Open availability to work any day and shift
- Ability to commit to approximately 48 hours per week
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to manage and develop teams
- Effective communication skills

- 1-3 years of quick service restaurant management experience
- Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Manage restaurant operations with General Manager including all store areas
- Direct work of managers and crew
- Assist General Manager to meet performance expectations
- Coach and role model guest service behaviors
- Provide environment for employee development and teamwork
- Manage People, Kitchen, or Guest Services Department responsibilities
- Ensure food safety procedures are followed
- Coordinate maintenance and cleanliness with General Manager
- Appraise team performance for promotions or changes
- Perform other duties as assigned
