Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
  • Manage departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People, overseeing operations and team performance
  • Train and develop crew and managers in service and production procedures
  • Monitor inventory, control food costs, and maintain food safety standards
  • Organize service areas including Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru for optimal customer experience
  • Delegate tasks, set departmental goals, and follow up on results
  • Motivate team members and support staffing and scheduling to meet sales and profit objectives
