Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
- Manage departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People, overseeing operations and team performance
- Train and develop crew and managers in service and production procedures
- Monitor inventory, control food costs, and maintain food safety standards
- Organize service areas including Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru for optimal customer experience
- Delegate tasks, set departmental goals, and follow up on results
- Motivate team members and support staffing and scheduling to meet sales and profit objectives
