This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA corporate entity. The franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's trademarks, logos, and food products but operates independently and is solely responsible for employment-related matters including hiring, firing, staffing, training, and scheduling of employees. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
  • Committed to delivering excellent customer service
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • Ability to follow food safety and operational procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
  • Manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
  • Oversee training, food safety, inventory, and production procedures
  • Set departmental goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • Ensure sales promotions are executed effectively
  • Hire, train, schedule, and motivate crew members
  • Monitor food quality, safety, and cost controls
