Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous management experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
  • Manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
  • Oversee training, food safety, inventory, and production procedures
  • Set departmental goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • Ensure sales promotions are executed effectively
  • Hire, train, schedule, and motivate crew members
  • Monitor food quality, safety, and cost controls
