Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • previous managerial experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • previous managerial experience preferred ideally in restaurant retail or hospitality

  • basic understanding of food safety and inventory management
  • ability to train and motivate staff
  • must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • lead shifts ensuring fast accurate and friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems such as training food safety and inventory management
  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • provide coaching and direction to staff
  • manage guest service department ensuring excellent customer experience and organized service areas
  • oversee kitchen operations ensuring food quality safety and cost control
  • recruit train and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
