Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- one year's experience in a clinic, optometry, or dental office is preferred
- bilingual English/Vietnamese, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Russian languages preferred at level 9
- proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Epic, and EMR
- excellent multitasking skills
- ability to interact professionally with patients and staff
- preferred knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare billing insurance
- outstanding customer service skills
