Job Requirements

- Knowledge of HIPAA and infection control protocols
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications
- Experience with computerized patient database system
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
Job Duties
- Greet, direct and interview patients
- Enter demographic data in the computerized patient information system
- Answer telephone calls and handle inquiries
- Utilize interpreter services
- Schedule patient appointments
- Compile patient charts
- Serve as cashier by accepting payments, entering financial data, issuing receipts, balancing cash drawer, setting up payment contracts and troubleshooting issues
- Attend additional HIPAA/privacy and infection control training
