Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid California driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain inventory accuracy
Job Qualifications
- Hold a valid California driver’s license
- Forklift certification preferred
- Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing parts preferred
- Ability to follow safety procedures
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well with team members and customers
- Commitment to punctuality and professionalism
Job Duties
- Pull warehouse orders accurately using RF terminals maintaining inventory accuracy
- Move materials within the warehouse adhering to safety and quality standards
- Lift and carry up to 75 lbs. frequently and 100 lbs. occasionally
- Maintain housekeeping standards and proactively address workplace hazards
- Load Villara delivery vehicles according to routing instructions and standard work procedures
- Operate transportation vehicles including 28-foot box trucks, 16-foot stake beds and commercial vans
- Transport materials securely to designated job sites and unload according to standard work documentation
- Ensure delivery paperwork is accurate and complete
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Delivery or Outbound Supervisor
- Support field operations with precise order fulfillment
