Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21
- Compliance with DOT standards
- Hold or obtain a DOT Medical Card
- Ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds
- Adaptability to a fast paced environment
- Previous experience in warehouse and logistics operations preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Proficiency with basic technology and devices
- Willingness to adhere to safety policies including PPE use
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Successful completion of pre employment drug and background screening
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Follow all DOT standards and regulations
- Possession of or ability to acquire a DOT Medical Card
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment
- Background in warehouse operations and logistics including shipping, receiving, and delivery is a plus
- Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach
- Able to navigate and operate basic technology including iPads
Job Duties
- Deliver materials to the customer including loading and unloading and ensuring delivery ticket with material
- Pick up customer returns and validate product match for credit requests
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and fuel the truck as needed
- Report any problems or issues to supervisor
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
- Use technology such as RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
- Accurately receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the workspace
- Work overtime as needed
- Adhere to safety regulations including use of personal protective equipment and safety harness
