Job Requirements

- Good driving record and current valid state driver license
- Ability to drive EMS vehicles with capacity of up to two tons
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and verbally communicate simple English instructions
- Knowledge of basic automotive maintenance
- Knowledge of motor vehicle regulations

- Delivery driver experience
Job Duties
- Performs non-emergency driving of EMS vehicles, medium duty trucks, and other vehicles as needed
- Delivers new EMS vehicles to customers by driving them over the road and returns home via commercial airlines
- Demonstrates basic vehicle features and options to customers upon delivery
- Exhibits friendly and service-oriented communication with customers while acting with urgency
- Delivers EMS vehicles to local shops for services like wheel alignment, inspections, and repairs
- Delivers and picks up EMS vehicles for warranty work at dealerships
- Picks up customers from airports and transports them to the facility
- Picks up parts from local stores for purchasing, maintenance, or office supplies
- Supports service department vehicle deliveries and pickups
- Inspects truck equipment and provides basic maintenance such as fluid checks, battery jump-starts, and tire changes
- Properly secures cargo during transit
- Maintains maintenance logs and schedules periodic service for fleet vehicles
- Processes monthly expense reports timely
- Performs other related duties as required
