- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work part-time including mid-shift and closing times
- physical ability to lift and move merchandise
- reliable transportation to and from work
- compliance with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- willingness to participate in training and performance evaluations
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in delivery or logistics helpful but not required
- good communication and customer service skills
- ability to handle physical demands of loading and unloading
- valid driver’s license if delivery driving is required
- ability to work mid-shift and closing hours
- basic knowledge of maps and directions
Job Duties
- load and unload product from delivery vehicles
- deliver merchandise to customers promptly and safely
- confirm delivery and obtain customer acknowledgment
- ensure products meet quality standards on delivery
- maintain communication with store management regarding deliveries
- operate delivery equipment and vehicles safely
- adhere to Walmart’s safety and drug-free workplace policies
