Job Requirements
- Ability to work part-time hours
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to comply with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- Capable of physical requirements including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Availability to work mid-shift and closing shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous delivery or customer service experience is an advantage
- Ability to operate delivery vehicles safely
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including mid-shift and closing
- Basic knowledge of route navigation
- Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy items
Job Duties
- Load and unload products from delivery vehicles
- Deliver merchandise to customers promptly and accurately
- Confirm delivery with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Navigate assigned delivery routes efficiently
- Assist in maintaining the organization of the delivery area and equipment
- Communicate effectively with store team members and customers
- Follow all safety and operational procedures during deliveries
