Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work mid-shift and closing shifts
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 pounds
- Availability for part-time hours
- Valid driver’s license
- Must comply with Walmart drug-free workplace policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous delivery or customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to handle physical demands of loading and unloading
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to operate delivery vehicles safely
- Basic knowledge of local geography and routes
Job Duties
- Load and unload products from delivery vehicle
- Deliver merchandise to customers timely and accurately
- Confirm delivery and ensure customer satisfaction
- Support Online Grocery Delivery/Pick-Up department operations
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies during delivery
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Maintain vehicle and delivery equipment in good condition
