Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to lift and carry heavy items
- availability for flexible part-time shifts including opening, morning, mid-shift, and closing
- must pass background check and drug screening
- reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- ability to work in various weather conditions
- willingness to adhere to Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- previous delivery or driving experience is an advantage
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- basic knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
- familiarity with technology used in delivery processes is a plus
Job Duties
- load and unload products from delivery vehicle
- deliver merchandise to customers in a timely and courteous manner
- confirm delivery with customers and address any concerns
- adhere to safety and company guidelines during all delivery processes
- maintain communication with store team and management regarding deliveries
- ensure accurate handling and storage of products during transport
- provide excellent customer service to uphold Walmart’s reputation
