Job Requirements
- Texas Class A CDL license
- previous commercial driving experience
- high school graduate or equivalent certificate
- ability to perform in a physically demanding role on a daily basis
- ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- valid driver’s license
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to pull or push loads up to 100 pounds
- willingness to lift up to 165 pounds depending on route type
- ability to work in noisy and crowded environments
- driving required during workday
- ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb ladders and stairs
- ability to use a personal computer for communication and documentation
- ability to speak, hear, and see for effective communication and operation
- maintain regular and punctual attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent certificate
- Texas Class A CDL license
- previous commercial driving experience
- ability to perform physically demanding work daily

- good communication skills
- previous distribution business experience
- prior beer industry experience
- previous CPG or sales experience
Job Duties
- Complete deliveries to scheduled accounts per delivery service guidelines
- unload, load, and move products repetitively using appropriate equipment
- stock windows, cold boxes, coolers, hot shelves and displays efficiently
- rotate product to maintain quality standards
- adhere to Andrews guidelines and Swap and Drop procedures
- maintain documentation and submit reports on deliveries, damages, returns, and inventory
- perform all delivery duties in a friendly, professional manner
- drive assigned routes safely and timely
- maintain company equipment and vehicles in good condition
- complete pre and post-trip vehicle inspections
- comply with driving and safety regulations
- validate and complete customer orders ensuring accuracy and quality
- collect payments and obtain signatures
- perform inventory and merchandising tasks as applicable
