Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate orally or in written form effectively with internal and external customers
- Maintain a smartphone with a data plan capable of operating delivery software
- Broad knowledge of company objectives
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to read and understand merchandise pricing and invoicing
- Proficient computer skills in all applicable programs
- Ability to meet physical demands of lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 60 months
- Driving record free of significant violations and meeting company policies and standards
- Willingness to work quickly within assigned hours
- Ability to work independently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy customer needs
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient computer skills in all applicable programs
- Ability to read and understand merchandise pricing and invoicing
- Valid driver’s license held for a minimum of 60 months with a clean driving record
- Capability to anticipate and solve practical problems
Job Duties
- Fill, rotate, and merchandise products in cold vaults, shelves, and displays
- Move product from pallets to cooler to stock using a hand truck
- Organize, rotate, and maintain backroom coolers for easy access
- Maintain professional behavior with all accounts serviced
- Participate in company and team meetings
- Engage in continuing education programs related to job function and safety
- Assist in maintaining attendance, appearance, and professionalism standards as assigned
