Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-6 months commercial driving experience preferred
- valid Class A CDL
- valid DOT medical card
- adherence to state laws regarding alcohol sales
- good physical health to handle heavy lifting and manual tasks
- ability to maintain grooming and hygiene standards
- flexibility to work Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday
- ability to communicate effectively and maintain professional customer relationships
- ability to operate handheld communication devices
- ability to balance cash and product records
- willingness to follow all company and DOT safety policies
Job Qualifications
- Completion of company training program
- in-depth knowledge of company products, policies, procedures, and operations
- understanding of state laws regarding alcohol sales
- good grooming and hygiene to maintain customer relations
- adaptability to non-routine work schedules
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 3-6 months commercial driving experience preferred
- prior route sales or delivery experience preferred
- strong interpersonal skills for customer interactions
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- ability to complete and balance daily deposits
- ability to operate handheld units and associated software
- valid Class A CDL and DOT medical card
Job Duties
- Adhere to all check-in/check-out policies and procedures
- assume full responsibility for all assigned products and equipment
- sign and verify load sheets and pallet numbers
- review stop sheets and communicate missing accounts
- drive truck to deliver products to assigned accounts
- stock and rotate products on shelves and back stock
- set up promotional displays as assigned
- update and replace POS materials
- collect empty kegs and out-of-date products
- pick up damaged or defective items
- collect payments and provide invoices
- complete daily check-ins and reconciliation
- perform vehicle inspection and maintenance reporting
- operate vehicle in compliance with Fleet Safety Manual and DOT regulations
- report market trends and competitive activity to supervisors
- perform other duties as assigned by Distribution Manager or Supervisor
