- must be able to remain standing 90 percent of the time
- constant moving from unloading materials from commercial vehicles to job sites
- frequent lifting of materials weighing up to 100 lbs during loading and unloading
- ability to communicate effectively with management and coworkers
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- must be able to prioritize job sites and deadlines
- able to handle stressful situations related to customers’ deadlines
- must be able to multitask and receive directions accurately
- must demonstrate high degree of sound judgment
Job Qualifications
- ability to read, write and communicate information accurately
- stamina to lift at least 75 lbs to carry materials such as drywall and joint compound

Job Duties
- Ensure compliance with company, state, and federal guidelines particularly OSHA and DOT for personnel safety
- perform pre-trip inspections of equipment, paperwork, and loaded product to ensure order accuracy
- safely unload product and deliver to assigned areas as directed by customers
- secure mud, equipment, metal, and pallets on truck
- navigate routes to job sites
- load and unload materials from flatbed or boom trucks
- prepare the truck for the next day’s route and maintain equipment
- communicate effectively with management, coworkers, and customers
- restore job sites to proper condition after delivery
