Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience
- Ability to work in non-climate controlled environments
- Regular predictable full attendance
- Willingness to travel as necessary
- Ability to take background check and drug screening
- Ability to work safely with constant alertness
Job Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience interacting directly with customers
- Prior warehouse or dock experience preferred
- Prior delivery assistance experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in non-climate controlled environments
- Regular predictable full attendance
- Willingness to travel as necessary and work the required schedule
- Ability to complete employment application and submit to background and drug screening
- Ability to maintain constant alertness and work in a safe manner
Job Duties
- Assist delivery driver with the loading and unloading of products up to 50lbs and frequently lift and/or move up to 100lbs with assistance
- Interact in a professional and courteous manner with customers
- Read bills of lading and identify product
- Collect necessary delivery receipts
- Assist in providing navigational assistance to the driver
- Break down pallets and move product into stores
- Deliver cold and ambient products safely to each stop
