Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year of driving experience with box trucks or similar vehicles
- valid driver's license
- clean driving record
- ability to obtain or maintain DOT medical card
- physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- capacity to work at heights of 20 ft regularly
- proficiency in following safety and operational protocols
- forklift operation experience preferred
- ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday
- flexibility to work overtime as required
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- must be able to obtain or currently have a DOT medical card
- demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service
- ability to follow direction and safe operating procedures
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work at heights of 20 ft. on a regular basis
- forklift experience is highly preferred
- work on his/her feet including walking for extended periods of time
- willing to work overtime as needed
- minimum of 1 year of satisfactory driving experience, preferably with box trucks
Job Duties
- Drive a box truck or van, following all safety procedures per company policy
- keep complete and accurate records and logs of all driving and deliveries
- be proficient and perform the proper procedures for performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- provide quality customer service
- pull product, load and unload trucks when not performing driving duties
- back up other drivers routes when needed
- recognize damaged product at any point in the process and take appropriate action
- operate a forklift or other warehouse machinery
- all other duties as assigned
