Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy weights, often involving bulky and fragile items
- Flexibility to start work as early as 5am to meet delivery schedules
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with coworkers or customers
- Proven experience as a delivery driver is a plus
- Familiarity with local roads and routes is an advantage
- Prior experience in the food or hospitality industry is desirable

Job Duties
- Safely operate and maintain the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is clean, well-maintained, and adheres to all road safety regulations
- Efficiently plan delivery routes to ensure timely product delivery while optimizing fuel efficiency
- Load and unload products from the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling and minimizing the risk of damage
- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering products in a courteous and professional manner to our wholesale customers, maintaining the positive image of Jaho Coffee
- Collaborate with the cafe and bakery teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and address any concerns or special instructions
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including times, addresses, and product quantities
- Adhere to all traffic rules and regulations, driving defensively and responsibly at all times
- Perform routine vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance needs promptly to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with additional tasks in the cafe and bakery as needed during non-delivery hours
