Job Description
Our client, a reputable pharmaceutical delivery company, is seeking independent contractors to fulfill delivery routes in the King Of Prussia area and additional cities such as Philadelphia and Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. This company specializes in the transportation of pharmaceutical products, requiring attention to detail, reliability, and adherence to safety standards. The position is ideal for independent contractors who have the flexibility to take on various routes with different start times and durations throughout weekdays and Saturdays. Job Requirements
- must be an independent contractor
- pass background checks
- pass drug screening
- pass motor vehicle checks as required by customer
- have access to a suitable vehicle (car, crossover, small suv, minivan, large suv, covered pickup truck)
- be available for routes Monday through Saturday
- be able to start routes at specified times (10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm)
- have a smartphone for scanning
- reside in or near King Of Prussia area
Job Qualifications
- valid driver's license
- clean driving record
- ability to use smartphone technology
- knowledge of local delivery routes preferred
- experience in delivery or logistics roles advantageous
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- strong time management skills
Job Duties
- complete assigned delivery routes efficiently and on time
- use smartphone to meet customer scanning requirements
- maintain communication with dispatch and customers
- adhere to safety and compliance requirements including drug and motor vehicle checks
- operate various vehicle types suited for pharmaceutical cargo
- conduct round trip deliveries originating from Audobahn, Pennsylvania
- manage delivery documentation accurately
