Job Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have access to a cargo van
- Smartphone preferred for delivery scanning
- Must pass background checks
- Must pass drug screening
- Must pass motor vehicle checks
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience driving cargo vans or similar vehicles
- Familiarity with Miami and surrounding cities including Buena Vista, Miami Springs, West Miami, and Coral Gables
- Ability to operate smartphone apps for delivery scanning
- Strong time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Complete deliveries within assigned urban and suburban areas
- Adhere to specified delivery time windows from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm on weekdays and 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on weekends
- Operate a cargo van for transporting medical specimens and supplies
- Utilize a smartphone to scan and confirm deliveries according to customer requirements
- Maintain compliance with background checks, drug screens, and motor vehicle inspections
- Manage multiple delivery stops efficiently within a 1 to 3-hour timeframe
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
