Job Duties
- Ensure showroom is regularly stocked
- rotate inventory
- maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
- promote safety in the workplace
- process customer orders received by phone, email, or in person with excellent customer service
- assist with inside sales tasks such as billing and quoting prices
- mix or tint paint as needed
- provide product expertise including MSDS and hazard identification information
- operate a forklift to move stock
- receive freight
- assist with inventory cycle counting
- perform shipping duties for product deliveries
- handle customer complaints or issues
- refer unresolved grievances to a Supervisor or Manager
- ensure proper safety protocols including the use of PPE and safe handling of hazardous materials
- maintain vehicle cleanliness
- ensure continuous improvement
- promote safety awareness
- collaborate with all branches and departments professionally
