Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be eligible to obtain Class A CDL license
  • Ability to work early morning hours, Monday through Friday
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
  • Strong physical stamina to handle manual product handling
  • Ability to follow safety guidelines and company policies
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from the work location

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain Class A CDL license within 10 weeks
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic cash handling and accounting experience
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and equipment usage
  • Willingness to learn merchandising and delivery techniques
  • Ability to work early morning shifts consistently

Job Duties

  • Learn to drive a Class A CDL vehicle and obtain required licensing within 10 weeks of training start date
  • Under supervision learn processes and gain skills necessary to service customers using equipment such as handheld invoicing devices
  • Begin and end shift check-in and check-out accounting procedures for cash and paperwork accountability
  • Properly secure company assets and inventory while safely handling products upon delivery
  • Learn and develop merchandising habits and techniques to meet company standards and commercial plans
  • Develop good rotation practices and maintain displays, product facing, and proper backroom management
  • Develop customer service skills by working with customers and communicating issues to managers
  • Adhere to company and federal safety standards including FMCSA and DOT regulations
