Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license for state of residency
- Excellent driving history as reflected in a seven-year Motor Vehicle Report
- Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License Class A CDL, not required for hire
- Ability to pass and maintain D.O.T. physical requirements
- Must be self-motivated and able to perform duties with minimal supervision
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds repeatedly
- Availability and willingness to work some weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Learn to drive a Class A CDL vehicle and obtain required licensing within 10 weeks of training start date
- Under supervision learn processes and gain skills necessary to service customers using all delivery equipment
- Begin and end shift check-in, out accounting procedures for cash and paperwork accountability
- Properly secure company assets and inventory while safely handling products upon delivery at customer locations
- Learn and develop merchandising habits and techniques to meet customer and company standards
- Execute commercial plans in customer outlets
- Develop good rotation practices and effectively build and maintain product displays, facings, and backroom management
- Develop customer service skills and communicate customer issues to management
- Promote personal safety and adhere to company and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration rules
- Handle equipment safely and perform job functions with appropriate behavior
