Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license for state of residency and excellent driving history reviewed via seven-year Motor Vehicle Report
  • ability to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (Class A CDL) not required for hire
  • ability to pass and maintain Department of Transportation physical requirements

Job Duties

  • Learn to drive a Class A CDL vehicle and obtain required licensing within 10 weeks of training start date
  • learn processes and gain skills necessary to service customers using all delivery equipment including invoicing with handheld device
  • begin and end shift check-in and cash and paperwork accountability
  • properly secure company assets and inventory and handle products safely upon delivery
  • develop merchandising habits and techniques to meet company standards and execute commercial plans
  • develop good rotation practices and maintain product displays, product facing, brand order, and backroom management
  • develop customer service skills by working with customers and communicating service issues to managers
  • promote personal safety and safe use of equipment adhering to company and federal safety standards
