Job Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license for state of residency
  • Excellent driving history as reflected in seven-year Motor Vehicle Report
  • Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License Class A CDL (not required for hire)
  • Ability to pass and maintain D.O.T. physical requirements
  • Availability to work some weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly multiple times a day

Job Qualifications

  • Beverage and delivery industry knowledge preferred
  • Customer management experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, continuous lifting environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Self-motivated with high integrity
  • Dependability and professional demeanor
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment
  • Previous experience in route delivery, direct store delivery, stocking, merchandising products, or retail management preferred

Job Duties

  • Learn to drive a Class A CDL vehicle and obtain required licensing within 10 weeks of training start date
  • Under supervision learn delivery processes and use of all equipment including handheld invoicing devices
  • Begin and end shift check-in and cash/paperwork accounting procedures
  • Properly secure company assets and inventory
  • Handle products safely and properly during delivery
  • Develop merchandising habits and techniques to meet company standards and execute commercial plans
  • Build and maintain product displays, product facing, and brand order
  • Manage backroom inventory effectively
  • Develop customer service skills and communicate customer needs to management
  • Promote personal safety and adhere to company and federal safety regulations including FMCSA and DOT rules
