Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license for state of residency
- Excellent driving record in seven-year Motor Vehicle Report
- Ability to obtain Class A Commercial Driver’s License
- Ability to pass and maintain D.O.T. physical
- Availability to work some weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly
- Willingness to follow safety and company policies

Job Duties
- Learn to drive a Class A CDL vehicle and obtain required licensing within 10 weeks of training start date
- Learn processes and gain skills necessary to service customers using delivery equipment such as invoicing handheld devices
- Perform beginning and end of shift check-in and out accounting procedures for cash and paperwork
- Properly secure company assets and inventory while safely handling products upon delivery
- Develop merchandising habits to meet company standards and execute commercial plans in customer outlets
- Build and maintain product displays, manage product facing and brand order
- Develop customer service skills by understanding customer needs and communicating issues
- Promote personal and equipment safety and adhere to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration rules and regulations
