Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- ability to obtain a Class A CDL license
- ability to pass and maintain D.O.T. physical requirements
- excellent driving history reflecting in seven-year motor vehicle report
- ability to work weekends and holidays
- ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly
- willingness to work in fast-paced environment
- availability for route relief and permanent route assignments
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license for your state of residency
- ability to obtain a Class A CDL license
- ability to pass and maintain D.O.T. physical requirements
- previous route delivery, direct store delivery, stocking, merchandising products, or retail management experience is strongly preferred
- strong customer service skills
- self-motivated with a high degree of integrity
- able to perform job duties with minimal supervision and timeliness
- dependable with initiative and professional demeanor
- ability to exercise sound judgement
- able to work in a fast-paced environment with continuous lifting

Job Duties
- Learn to drive a Class A CDL vehicle and obtain required licensing within 10 weeks of training start date
- under supervision learn processes and gain skills necessary to service customers using delivery equipment such as handheld devices for invoicing
- perform beginning and end of shift check-in and out procedures and manage cash and paperwork accountability
- properly secure company assets and inventory
- safely handle products upon delivery at customer locations
- learn and develop merchandising habits and techniques to ensure customer and consumer satisfaction and meet company merchandising standards
- understand and execute commercial plans in customer outlets
- develop good rotation practices and manage point of sales items like racks and shippers
- effectively build and maintain product displays and product facing along with proper backroom management
- develop customer service skills through customer interaction and communication of service issues to management
- promote personal safety and safe equipment use, adhere to company safety standards and FMCSA regulations
