Job Requirements
- 18 plus years old
- 21 plus to deliver alcohol
- Any car, scooter, or bicycle in select cities
- Driver's license number
- Social security number (only in the US)
- Consistent access to a smartphone
Job Qualifications
- Basic understanding of routes and navigation
- Ability to use a smartphone and mobile applications proficiently
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Responsible and reliable with excellent time management
- Able to lift and carry food or retail items safely
- Familiarity with local streets and neighborhoods is a plus
- Previous delivery or driving experience is helpful but not required
Job Duties
- Pick up orders from restaurants and stores
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately to customers
- Use the DoorDash Dasher app to receive and manage delivery requests
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication
- Ensure order accuracy and quality during delivery
- Manage earnings and cash out using the DoorDash Crimson system
- Comply with all local traffic and delivery regulations
