- must have a valid driver's license
- have a personal vehicle (Sway does not provide vehicles)
- own a smartphone (iPhone or Android)
- ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Duties
- Drive from the comfort of your own vehicle
- deliver and pick up packages within a local area
- start in the morning and be home before dinner
- start and end all routes at the warehouse facility
- operate a mobile app that routes you to each pickup and delivery location
- maintain schedule consistency
- adhere to safety and delivery protocols
