Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
- must have valid I-9 documentation
- must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
- must have access to a smartphone with app capability and functioning camera for scanning
- must have access to an electric or standard bicycle
- must have availability to work within the listed schedule and ideally start within two weeks
- must be able to read, speak, and write English at a high proficiency level
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous delivery or courier experience a plus
- proficiency in English for reading, writing, and speaking
- ability to operate smartphone and delivery apps
- good communication and customer service skills
- ability to follow detailed instructions

Job Duties
- Arrive on time to Capsule pharmacy
- pick up assigned deliveries as directed by team members
- deliver medications to customers promptly using smartphone-mapped routes
- maintain accurate records of worked hours including clocking in and out
- communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- follow safety and operational procedures
- handle deliveries with care and professionalism
