Job Requirements
- No education requirements
- Be 18+ years old
- Have a valid state-issued driver’s license
- Have a driver’s license for at least one year
- Have a clean driving record for the past 2 years
- Have excellent customer service skills including positive energy, a pleasant smile, good eye contact, and a pleasant tone of voice
- Have a working smartphone with data plan and GPS
- Be able to use technology with ease
- Speak and read English proficiently
- Be able to stand, sit, walk, stoop, bend, reach, crouch, and twist throughout the day
- Have the ability to carry deliver bags up to 50 lbs
- Move with a sense of urgency

Job Duties
- Extend 2nd Mile Service in and beyond the restaurant
- Represent the restaurant and the Chick-fil-A brand well
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders
- Assist with order preparation as needed
- Assist with restaurant operations while not delivering
- Safely operate and maintain delivery vehicles
- Adhere to food safety procedures
- Comply with safe driving and parking rules and regulations
- Maintain a charged cellphone throughout your shift
