Job Requirements
- be at least 19 years old for car or scooter deliveries
- be at least 18 years old for bicycle or pedestrian deliveries
- have a valid driver’s license for car or scooter deliveries
- own a 2-door or 4-door car if delivering by car
- have a motorized scooter under 50cc for scooter deliveries
- possess a government-issued ID for bicycle or foot deliveries
- pass a background screening by submitting social security number
- have access to a smartphone compatible with Uber Eats app
- be able to follow all local traffic laws and Uber policies
Job Qualifications
- valid driver’s license or government-issued ID depending on delivery method
- ability to use a smartphone and navigate GPS technology
- good communication skills
- strong customer service orientation
- familiarity with San Bernardino area is a plus
- ability to meet age requirements
- commitment to timely and professional delivery
Job Duties
- deliver food orders to customers in a timely and professional manner
- use the Uber Eats app to receive and manage delivery requests
- maintain communication with customers and support team as needed
- ensure the safety and quality of food during transport
- manage payments and confirm order completion through the app
- follow local traffic laws and Uber policies
- provide excellent customer service during all deliveries
