- be at least 19 years old for car or scooter delivery
- be at least 18 years old for bicycle or foot delivery
- have a 2-door or 4-door car for car delivery
- possess valid driver's license in own name
- submit Social Security number for background check
- own motorized scooter under 50cc for scooter delivery
- have smartphone compatible with Uber Eats app
- pass required background screening
