Job Requirements
- at least 19 years old for car and scooter delivery
- at least 18 years old for bicycle or foot delivery
- valid driver’s license for car and scooter delivery
- motorized scooter under 50cc if delivering by scooter
- 2-door or 4-door vehicle for car delivery
- government-issued ID for bicycle or foot delivery
- submission of Social Security number for background screening
- ability to pass background check
Job Qualifications
- valid driver’s license for car or scooter delivery
- ability to operate a personal vehicle, scooter, bicycle, or deliver on foot
- familiarity with Gainesville area preferred
- customer service skills
- basic smartphone proficiency
- ability to meet vehicle or transportation mode requirements
- background check clearance
Job Duties
- deliver food orders promptly and safely
- manage order pickups and drop-offs using Uber Eats app
- maintain accurate and timely communication with customers
- adhere to local traffic laws and delivery safety protocols
- provide excellent customer service during deliveries
- optimize delivery routes for efficiency
- handle payments and receipts through the Uber platform
