Job Requirements
- Be at least 19 years old for car or scooter delivery
- Be at least 18 years old for bicycle or foot delivery
- Have a valid driver’s license if delivering by car or scooter
- Own a 2-door or 4-door car if delivering by car
- Have a motorized scooter under 50cc if delivering by scooter
- Submit Social Security number for background screening
- Possess a government-issued ID if delivering by bicycle or foot
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (if delivering by car or scooter)
- Ability to use a smartphone and navigate delivery apps
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with Cape Coral and surrounding areas
- Ability to lift and carry food orders
- Experience with rideshare or delivery driving is a plus
Job Duties
- Pick up food orders from local restaurants
- Deliver orders accurately and promptly to customers
- Use the Uber Eats app to manage deliveries and routes
- Maintain communication with customers for order updates
- Ensure food is transported safely and in good condition
- Adhere to traffic and safety regulations while driving or biking
- Manage your schedule to maximize earnings
