Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous delivery or driving experience preferred
- Must be able to handle physical demands of the job
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Compliance with company safety standards and policies
Job Qualifications
- No at-fault accidents in the past 3 years
- Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs frequently and over 100 lbs occasionally
- Ability to accurately enter data into computer systems
- Familiarity with FDA regulations related to oxygen
- Knowledge of accreditation policies pertaining to driver activities and safety
- Valid driver's license
Job Duties
- Organize delivery route daily for efficiency
- Deliver liquid and compressed gaseous oxygen to designated points
- Deliver durable medical equipment and home care related equipment
- Protect patient PHI per HIPAA regulations
- Retrieve rental return items and manage their placement
- Provide patient orientation on equipment use
- Act as company field representative assisting patients with equipment-related issues
