Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs frequently and occasionally weighing over 100 lbs
- No at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- Good organizational skills
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to accurately enter data into computer and acquire working knowledge of software applications
- Familiarity with FDA regulations for oxygen delivery
- Knowledge of accreditation policies and procedures for delivery drivers and safety

- Familiar with all FDA regulations as they pertain to oxygen
- Familiar with required accreditation policies and procedures as they pertain to delivery driver related activities and customer/staff safety
- Valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Efficiently organize delivery route on daily basis
- Deliver liquid and compressed gaseous oxygen to specified points of delivery
- Deliver durable medical equipment and other home care related equipment to specific points of delivery
- Protect patient PHI per HIPAA regulations
- Handle retrieval of rental return items and proper placement into designated rental return area
- Provide patient/client orientation instructing on proper use of equipment
- Work with patients/clients to solve a variety of problems acting as company field representative
- Complete delivery and pick-up paperwork promptly and accurately and return to proper facility personnel
- Assist in cleaning, disinfecting, and minor repair work on rental equipment
- Demonstrate timeliness, courtesy, sincerity and patience when dealing with customers
- Participate in rotating on call schedule
- Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary
