Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally
- Ability to exert pushing force up to 40 pounds
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Pass pre-employment drug test excluding THC/marijuana
- Valid DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain
- Ability to work overtime as needed
Job Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience with cube van, box truck, or semi-truck
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to be trained and safely operate forklifts and high-reach lifts
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions
- Able to work overtime as needed
- Successful completion of company road test
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally
- Ability to exert pushing force of up to 40 pounds
- Pass a pre-employment drug test (excluding THC/marijuana)
- Possess or obtain valid DOT Medical Card per FMCSA guidelines
Job Duties
- Drive a box truck under 26,001 pounds or other company vehicles making 10-20 daily deliveries
- Complete and maintain accurate driver logs, fuel purchase records, and other required documentation
- Make on-time, safe deliveries to customer locations in all weather conditions
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on assigned vehicles
- Consistently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds, using team lifts or mechanical equipment for commercial tires
- Exert pushing force up to 40 pounds when handling barrels or industrial/agricultural tires
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, including operating forklifts and pallet jacks as needed
- Use handheld devices to ensure all deliveries are fulfilled
- Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management
- Collect payments from customers upon product delivery
